Among more than 240 participants and 91 groups, Dr. Yousef Farraj from Prof. Magdassi lab, together with his team from Bezalel won first place in The Morning After hackathon! The hackathon was organized by JLM Impact, HUJI innovate, A2Be, and other partners.
Their idea based on the printing of antiviral copper-based ink onto fabrics that can be placed on high-risk areas in aircraft. The motivation is to minimize the transmittance of viruses and bacterias in such crowded areas.
